Q: How long does it take for items to be shipped?

A: Most items are made on demand. Please allow up to 10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for production from the date an order is placed.  

 

Q: Are all items hand-made?

A: All items are hand-made to order.

 

Q: Do you offer custom pieces?

A: Not at this time.

 

Q: Do you make bracelets larger or smaller? 

A: Yes, we can customize the size of any of our bracelets. Please write in the comment box at checkout what size you need them and we would be happy to make them for you.

 

Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping?

A: Our products come wrapped in decorative boxes that can be gifted without additional wrapping paper. We do not provide other gift-wrapping services at this time.

 

Q: Do you make any products for men/children?

A: We currently make accessories for men, women and children.

A: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at cs@cadynandcharlie.com.

A: Credit cards are charged at time of check out. Order processing time may be up to 10 business days before the order is shipped.

A: After placing your order, you should receive an email order confirmation. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please contact customer service at cs@cadynandcharlie.com.

 

Q: Will I receive Ordering and/or Shipping Confirmation?

A: After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. You should also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Order processing time is up to 10 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it may take up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for delivery depending upon your location.

 

Q: What is the shipping cost?

A: At this time, shipping costs are $6.95 for priority mail delivery.

A: Via USPS Priority Mail

 

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Not at this time. However, if an item is in stock, it may ship in 1-3 business days from when the order is placed.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All items are quality controlled before being shipped to customers. Should you receive a damaged item(s), please contact us at returns@cadynandcharlie.com.  Items must be returned with tags attached, and in original and resalable condition. Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

REFUNDS: All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment for the original amount paid, less shipping and handling fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.

 

REPAIRS: Cadyn & Charlie will repair damaged items returned with all pieces included within 30 days of the delivery date. If an item is irreparable for any reason due to product and/or material discontinuation, product unavailability or manufacturer price changes, a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid, less shipping and handling fees. Customer is responsible for the $6.95 shipping & handling fee for repair orders. 

All sales are final after 30 days from the delivery date.

 

GIFTS: Gifts received can be returned for a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.

 

SALE ITEMS: Sale items may not be returned, exchanged or credited in any way. All discounted sale items are final sale.

Q: How long does it take to process returns?

A: Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned items in our offices. Once your return has been processed, you should receive an confirmation email. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.

 

Q: Can you repair my jewelry?

A: Cadyn & Charlie will repair damaged items returned with all pieces included within 30 days of the delivery date. If an item is irreparable for any reason due to product and/or material discontinuation, product unavailability or manufacturer price changes, a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid, less shipping and handling fees. Customer is responsible for the $6.95 shipping & handling fee for repair orders.  

Cadyn & Charlie Jewelry consist of plated metal, which may darken or tarnish with normal wear. Unfortunately, we are not able to repair discolored or tarnished items at this time. Gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth to clean, however, excessive polishing may rub off or scratch the plating.

Q: Can I change the address on my order?

A: Orders are processed upon receipt. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancelations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at cs@cadynandcharlie.com.

 

Q: What should I do if my package was returned to sender?

A: If your package was returned back to our offices, a refund will be issued. Once the refund has been processed, you should receive an email confirmation.

 

Q: How can I clean and/or care for my jewelry?

A: Follow these steps to help keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, cleaning or working with abrasives of any kind.
  • Apply beauty products such as perfume, cologne, hairspray, lotion or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
  • Do not bang, rub or drag jewelry on furniture, walls, tables, flooring or other hard surfaces.
  • If your jewelry requires cleaning, use a mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry.
  • Use a soft brush, if necessary.
  • Never use jewelry cleaner. Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives.
  • Use a polishing cloth for precious pieces.
  • Dry jewelry completely before storing.

 

Q: How expandable are your stretch bracelets?

A: Our stretch bracelets expand approximately one inch in diameter. Each woman’s elastic bracelet is approximately 7”. Each men’s elastic bracelet is approximately 8”. Kids elastic bracelets are approximately 6.5”.
